Benjamin I. Duenas is an attorney at Capielo Law Group LLP, where he focuses his practice on trust administration, estate planning and litigation. Before joining Capielo Law Group LLP, Benjamin clerked at Morrill Law in Walnut Creek, where he worked alongside attorneys on matters involving trust and estate litigation, trust administration and conservatorships.

Benjamin earned his J.D. from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings). During law school, he participated in the Medical-Legal Partnership for Seniors Clinic where he provided estate planning and public benefit services to older adult patients in the Bay Area. He was admitted to the California Bar in 2026.

Benjamin holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
